Fuel Stations/Convenience Store

The Stripes Convenience Store/Laredo Taco Company program consisted of new store projects located in a three state market. Three separate prototypical stores ranging from 5,000 to 8,000 sf along with a standalone carwash building were developed and maintained through direct collaboration and dialog with the client. Program was a multiple discipline program starting with site identification with Stripes Real Estate and development and implementation of a complete Site Investigation Report Program utilizing regional personnel. Full service civil, architectural, MEP and structural engineering was developed and coordinated for the full A/E/C project scope of the new store roll out program. Through the development and implementation of various scheduling and reporting applications and software, overall project timelines were reduced and volume of store construction increased each year of the program. Services included full design, construction document production, permitting, online bidding and construction administration.
